Why need Wobbler feeder
Able to feed and separate in one operation, wobbler feeders can actually double material production. The unique vibration screening principle enables the rapid screening of mud and stone mixtures on the sieve, achieving effective utilization of resources and reduction of waste.

How to use Wobbler feeder before and after
Depending on the application, they can be fed by an apron feeder or directly via trucks or loaders.
They can also be used in secondary applications to separate already crushed feed material.
Wobbler feeder structure
This screening machine is mainly composed of a box body, box lining plate, disc, transmission shaft, speed regulating motor, motor pedestal, chain sprocket, bracket, etc.
1. Screening box: It is welded from national standard Q235 steel plates of different thicknesses, with certain strength and rigidity, and is the main component of the screening machine.
2. Lining plate: Made of wear-resistant manganese plate, connected with reinforced bolts for easy replacement.
3. Disc: Made of thickened high manganese material, sturdy and wear-resistant.
4. Speed control system: For detailed usage and maintenance methods, please refer to the user manual.
5. Motor pedestal: When installing the motor, the connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the new screening machine is put into use, and must be repeatedly tightened to avoid loosening and causing accidents.
6. Transmission: Adopting wear-resistant double sprocket chain transmission, high transmission efficiency, stable operation, and durability.
7. Bracket: Composed of national standard square steel and channel steel, it supports the sieve box. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steel below the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

What is advantages of Wobbler feeder

How to operate Wobbler feeder
After installing the new machine, it should be checked according to the following requirements:
1. Close the power switch, confirm that the motor rotates synchronously in reverse, and perform 10-20 minutes of idle running. If there are any abnormalities during the operation of the equipment, it should be quickly shut down for inspection and handling.
2. After the equipment is running normally, a small amount of material that needs to be screened can be fed into the screening machine through the feeding port. Confirm that the material is moving towards the discharge port direction, and then gradually increase to the required and tolerable feeding amount.
3. When screening materials, the materials should be evenly fed into the inlet to ensure even distribution on the screening surface. When materials fall, there should be no significant impact to avoid damage. In special circumstances (such as large differences in material particle size, high material density, etc.), a chain plate feeder should be added to the feeding port.
5. Users can adjust the speed of the screening machine according to the gap and material density, in order to achieve the best screening effect.
6. Before starting and stopping the equipment, add lubricating oil and tighten the screws. There should be no remaining materials on the screen surface, and regular inspections are required.
